Proofpoint taps Concentrix to expand APAC cybersecurity collaboration for enterprises, SMBs

Singapore – Proofpoint, Inc. has entered into a strategic collaboration with Concentrix to enhance human-and agent-focused cybersecurity capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.

The partnership will combine Proofpoint’s security platform with Concentrix’s regional delivery network and managed services expertise, supported by a coordinated go-to-market approach in key APAC markets.

Under the agreement, Concentrix will incorporate Proofpoint’s collaboration security and information protection technologies into its SOC services. This integration is intended to help organisations across the region safeguard employees, data assets, and digital communications amid a more complex and rapidly evolving threat landscape.

The joint offering brings together Proofpoint’s people-focused security capabilities and Concentrix’s operational scale and managed security services to strengthen cyber resilience for both large enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses.

“We are excited to partner with Concentrix and be able to extend Proofpoint’s offerings through trusted SOC services across APAC,” Nelson Soon, vice president of channels and alliances for APJ at Proofpoint, stated.

“By this innovative approach to combine Proofpoint’s platform with Concentrix’s services expertise and strong regional footprint, we can deliver meaningful security outcomes that support cyber resilience and business growth.”

The announcement comes as organisations throughout APAC continue to accelerate digital initiatives, expand cloud environments and adopt AI-enabled processes. At the same time, attacks targeting individuals within organisations have increased in frequency and sophistication.

Through their joint market activities, the two companies aim to support customers in deploying and managing Proofpoint’s platform more effectively, while aligning cybersecurity programmes with broader operational and customer experience objectives.

“Concentrix is strengthening its managed services capabilities through a strategic partnership with Proofpoint,” Rishi Rajpal, global vice president, governance, risk and compliance at Concentrix, commented.

“By combining Proofpoint’s people-centric security platform with our deep regional expertise, we enable enterprises to neutralise emerging threats and accelerate digital transformation with absolute confidence.”

The collaboration reflects Proofpoint’s continued focus on expanding its presence in APAC and working with regional partners to address evolving security and compliance requirements in regulated and high-growth sectors.
