Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Pos Malaysia has announced the consolidation of its domestic and international courier services under its Pos Laju brand, a move the company says is intended to simplify access to delivery services and strengthen support for Malaysian businesses seeking growth in overseas markets.
The consolidation forms part of Pos Malaysia’s ongoing transformation strategy and will see all courier services offered through the Pos Laju brand, covering both local and international deliveries through a single customer access point.
According to the company, the initiative comes as Malaysian businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), increasingly explore opportunities beyond the domestic market. The growth of cross-border e-commerce has increased demand for logistics services that can support international expansion.
Pos Malaysia said it currently provides access to up to 230 countries and territories through a combination of postal and commercial delivery networks. In addition to delivery services, the company offers e-commerce support services including warehousing, pick-and-pack operations, and integrated delivery solutions.
The company also highlighted improvements in operational performance, reporting that its domestic parcel next-day delivery (D+1) rate reached 92% in 2025.
Commenting on the consolidation, Charles William, Group Chief Sales Officer of Pos Malaysia, said: “E-commerce today is no longer just about selling online — it is about scaling efficiently and delivering reliably to customers wherever they are. With Pos Laju as a single platform, we are making it much simpler for businesses to move from domestic delivery into cross-border trade, while supporting them with an end-to-end ecosystem from fulfilment to final-mile—so businesses can focus on growth while we manage the complexity behind the scenes.”
He added, “With more than 200 years of delivery expertise, Pos Malaysia combines the strength of the global postal network with trusted commercial partners, supported by experienced teams who understand cross-border shipping. This allows us to guide and support SMEs as they expand into regional and global markets with confidence. Ultimately, this is about giving Malaysian businesses a clearer, more accessible pathway to go beyond borders and grow on a larger stage.”
Pos Malaysia said the repositioning aligns with its broader strategy of creating a more integrated logistics platform that combines courier, fulfilment, and related services. The company added that the transition will be implemented progressively across its digital platforms, retail outlets, and business channels.
