PLDT Enterprise expands ICT partnership with CCEAP to strengthen nationwide operations

Manila, Philippines – PLDT Enterprise grows its collaboration with Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) to reinforce the beverage company’s digital and operational capabilities across the country.

The partnership involves services delivered through Smart Communications and VITRO Inc., PLDT’s wireless and data centre units, and is intended to strengthen communication, connectivity, and data security for CCEAP’s nationwide network.

CCEAP oversees 18 production plants and close to 70 logistics and sales locations in the Philippines. Its operations, supported by a workforce of around 9,000 people and a broad range of beverage brands, depend on strong digital infrastructure to maintain efficiency across its supply chain.

Victor Genuino, president and CEO of ePLDT and VITRO Inc., mentioned how the company is committed to enabling CCEAP with world-class data centre services that ensure operational efficiency and resilience, emphasising the importance of robust digital infrastructures to deliver reliability and growth.

“Our partnership with CCEAP reflects our commitment to empower organisations and their seamless operations, allowing them to focus on serving millions of Filipinos every day,” Victor stated.

As part of the arrangement, PLDT Enterprise is supplying mobile postpaid services to facilitate communication across CCEAP sites throughout the country. In-building systems have also been deployed in selected facilities to improve indoor mobile coverage and support staff productivity.

“CCEAP’s scale requires reliable, uninterrupted communications across its manufacturing and distribution footprint,” Javier Lagdameo, vice president and head of enterprise revenue group at PLDT Enterprise, commented.

He added, “By providing wireless and ICT solutions, we are proud to contribute to their digital journey and long-term growth.”

CCEAP is also making use of VITRO’s network of data centres to host its critical systems. Locating equipment in VITRO’s facilities is designed to provide heightened protection, operational stability and business continuity. This supports the company’s focus on consistent product distribution and reliable service to retailers and consumers nationwide.

“Our operations require 24/7 connectivity, and the support we have received from PLDT Enterprise has been instrumental in helping us achieve record growth,” Christian Gaxiola, procurement director of CCEAP, commented.

“Beyond technology, what we value most is their commitment to understanding our needs and working with us as a long-term partner to drive operational excellence.”

The strengthened engagement underscores PLDT Enterprise’s continued efforts to support manufacturing and FMCG companies with ICT solutions aimed at improving operational performance, resilience and long-term growth.
