New Loop, Global-e alliance to deliver seamless cross-border returns solution

Melbourne, Australia – Loop, an e-commerce operations platform, has recently announced that it has partnered with direct-to-consumer e-commerce enabler Global-e. This new alliance introduces an optimised returns solution, combining Loop’s advanced portal with Global-e’s expertise in global e-commerce. 

A key component of this initiative lies in its streamlined returns management system, consolidating a single system that merchants can use for both domestic and international returns. It also enhances efficiency, reduces manual efforts, and provides a hassle-free experience that strengthens customer relationships and maximises retained revenue.

Furthermore, Loop’s merchants can seamlessly navigate the challenges of international e-commerce through Global-e’s support as the merchant of record and its expertise in global expansion. 

This partnership moreover ensures compliance, minimises administrative workload, and opens doors to new global revenue streams all by responsibilities including managing duties, taxes, and other cross-border operations.

In addition, said integration allows merchants to simplify global operations and accelerate international growth through streamlined returns from any location, sophisticated return policy management with Loop’s workflows feature, and increased revenue retention through Store Credit for international returns.

It also involves enhanced reporting and insights for both domestic and international returns as well as competitive international shipping rates through Global-e’s extensive global carrier network.
