Malaysia – Telecommunications firm Maxis has unveiled the expansion of its managed services portfolio through a strategic collaboration with IT services and consulting company Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

This partnership enables the telco to act as HPE’s managed service provider in Malaysia, offering enterprise customers advanced networking capabilities using HPE Aruba Networking Central with artificial intelligence for IT operations.

The solution then enhances the user experience, enabling more efficient, secure, and intelligent ICT services, including private 4G LTE and 5G networks, software-defined wide area networks, and business Wi-Fi.

Specifically, both companies aim to strengthen the value proposition of Maxis Business by providing more secure networking solutions through HPE Aruba networking’s zero-trust security foundation. This capability offers continuous verification of every user and device within the network, ensuring heightened security.

By teaming up, Maxis Business and HPE seek to empower businesses with customised networking and security solutions aligned to particular enterprise needs. This move is designed to assist businesses in navigating their digital transformation while also providing secure, AI-powered experiences across diverse network scenes.
