Malaysia’s Hong Leong Bank, WeBank Technology Services forge partnership to enhance AI-driven financial solutions

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Malaysia’s Hong Leong Bank has recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with WeBank’s digital bank subsidiary, WeBank Technology Services.

In this collaboration, the two will bring together both organisations’ commitment to innovate in financial technology and elevate customer satisfaction. 

Said partnership also enables HLB to enhance its operational efficiency while utilising advanced AI to create personalised and impactful financial solutions for customers and communities.

In addition, the HLB will utilise WeBank Technology Services’ expertise in AI to create automation tools and applications, uplifting the productivity of its salesforce and operational teams. 

These technological solutions will improve capabilities in data systems, marketing, and campaign management, ultimately refining the bank’s customer-centric offerings and financial solutions.
