Manila, Philippines – LBC, a Philippine express courier, cargo, and money remittance service firm, has recently announced its latest collaboration with PLDT Enterprise.

Through this partnership, the company intends to utilise FlutterFlow, a Google Cloud marketplace solution through ePLDT, to further advance the logistics and customer service capabilities of the company using innovative application development.

The tool is designed to accelerate app development and deployment, allowing businesses to establish cross-platform native mobile and web applications more efficiently.

Furthermore, the said tech investment empowers the company’s in-house development team to effectively create and manage applications tailored for different user segments, such as delivery riders and customers.

It also allows the deployment of Flutterflow and other existing resources on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), through which LBC can benefit from personalised support and professional service requirements.

Talking about the endeavour, Alfie Deato, SVP and CIO at LBC, emphasised the company’s commitment to move beyond legacy systems and solutions, thereby improving the overall customer experience.

Victor Genuino, president and chief executive officer at ePLDT, also said, “We are confident that we can collaboratively empower LBC to achieve their goals in today’s digital world through our extensive pool of outcome-based multi-cloud solutions.”
