Singapore – JD Global Sales, the international e-commerce arm of JD.com, has recently announced the expansion of its services to Malaysia and Thailand. This move allows consumers in both countries to explore its comprehensive offerings, including added benefits for this year’s Singles Day (Double 11) shopping festival.

As part of the initiative, customers from Malaysia can receive free shipping on orders above RMB 399, with shopping limits for up to 6 kg by sea and 2 kg by air.

Similarly, customers in Thailand may enjoy free shipping on orders over RMB 199 by land, applicable to packages weighing up to 2 kg. These options apply to self-operated (1P) products ordered through JD.com’s app.

According to the firm, the expansion also comes after recent enhancements to its shipping options, which launched free delivery for customers in the US, Japan, and Singapore in August.

Interestingly, customers can benefit from free economy sea shipping for small item orders of over RMB 888, with coverage up to 10 kg during Singles Day in the US.

In addition, select products such as phones, tablets, and computers will qualify for expedited free air shipping in the U.S., Japan, and Singapore, with delivery available in as fast as four days.
