Navi Mumbai, India – Hexaware Technologies has appointed Aditya Jayaraman as its new country head for India, assigning him responsibility for its national strategy and expansion efforts across local enterprises and global capability centres (GCCs).
He will oversee the company’s activities under its GCC 2.0 framework, working with partners and clients to advance digital modernisation initiatives.
Aditya has more than two decades of experience in cloud services, consulting, enterprise technology, data, and AI. His background includes work with start-ups and multinational firms, most recently in a senior technology role within AWS’s North American hi-tech division.
“The technology landscape and its impact on business are undergoing a tectonic shift. Customers are looking for trusted partners who can not only guide them through this journey but also take ownership of their outcomes,” Aditya commented.
He added, “What better company to be part of than one whose goal is to help perfect human intelligence and whose NPS score is 30 points above the industry average.”
Over his career, he has supported a broad range of organisations in accelerating their adoption of digital tools and has contributed to early-stage ventures through advisory roles. Aditya holds an engineering degree from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Calcutta and is a CFA charter holder.
“Aditya brings proven global commercial leadership and experience of being a technology transformation partner for dozens of G2000 organisations,” Amrinder Singh, president & head of EMEA & APAC at Hexaware, stated.
He added, “Through him, we aim to bring our global capabilities and offerings, partner networks, and renewed energy and focus into what we see as one of the most important markets in the years ahead.
Hexaware positions the appointment as part of its wider plan to strengthen its presence in India, where demand for data modernisation, cloud migration and responsible AI implementation continues to rise.
The company aims to support enterprises and capability centres in advancing these priorities through its global delivery network and technology expertise.
