Manila, Philippines – Fujitsu, a global information and technology company, has recently inaugurated its first digital innovation hub in Southeast Asia, which is located in the Philippines. This initiative follows the company’s expansion in terms of global solutions and services, with the goal of accelerating digital transformation under its co-creating programme.
In this launch, Fujitsu will offer organisations in the country access to technology experts as well as an innovative digital centre, bringing in the latest technologies, new digital trends, and solutions to their business challenges using the latest design thinking methodologies.
As a digital innovation hub, it serves as a collaborative space where organisations can leverage Fujitsu’s in-house expertise and an extensive partner ecosystem to generate new ideas, innovative concepts, and customised solutions through interactive workshops.
Central to this new service also is Fujitsu’s design thinking approach, which focuses on ensuring its technology solutions meet business and user needs by following its co-design best practices.
Furthermore, the hub will host co-design workshops and serve the increasing number of business innovators in the region, representing the company’s third co-design facility in the Asia Pacific region, following its inaugural launch in Australia in 2019. This aligns with the company’s expansion of co-creating programmes throughout Asia Pacific.
Speaking about the endeavour, Raul “Cricket” Santiago III, managing director at Fujitsu Philippines, said, “The Fujitsu Digital Innovation Hub will provide customers with access to top-tier business and technology specialists. We’re dedicated to addressing business challenges, from refining operations to enhancing customer experiences.”
“This reflects Fujitsu’s commitment to innovation and our focus on becoming a trusted partner in digital experience and sustainability transformation,” he further explained.
