Financial services firm Primer partners with GetYourGuide to offer advanced, localised payments worldwide

Singapore – Primer, a financial services company, has announced that it has recently partnered with GetYourGuide, a travel booking platform, to bring together an advanced and localised payment experience for travellers across the globe.

This strategic partnership follows their recent $US194m funding announcement, aimed at accelerating global expansion and fostering product innovation.

For this initiative, GetYourGuide will utilise Primer’s payment acceptance, optimisation, and intelligence capabilities to leverage its latest innovation, UpliftAI. 

The said innovation maximises payment success rates by delivering the highest possible authorization rate across its processors, enhancing the overall end-user experience.

Speaking about the collaboration, Gabriel Le Roux, CEO and co-founder at Primer, said, “With the demand of the travel experience market, it’s clear that businesses need to shift their priorities and recognise payments as a lever for growth.
