Manila, Philippines – FAST Logistics Group, an established end-to-end logistics and supply chain provider in the Philippines, has partnered with FarEye, a global provider of AI-enabled delivery technology, to upgrade its nationwide transport and delivery operations.
With more than 50 years of experience, FAST manages over one million deliveries annually and operates a fleet of more than 3,100 vehicles, serving industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and agriculture.
As shipment volumes increase and service expectations become more stringent, the company has identified the need for an advanced, AI-driven platform to improve delivery predictability, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance operational visibility.
“FAST has always believed that exceptional logistics begins with exceptional customer experience,” Manuel L Onrejas Jr, CEO of FAST Logistics, commented.
He added, “To meet the pace at which our customers are evolving, we need technology that lets us innovate faster and operate with greater reliability. FarEye brings that agility.”
FAST is transitioning from a proprietary, internally developed transport management system to FarEye’s configuration-led delivery intelligence platform. The move is intended to enable faster innovation cycles by allowing workflows to be adjusted through configuration rather than custom development, supporting more agile and consistent execution across its logistics network.
“Our legacy systems served us well, but the market requires a platform that adapts quickly and scales without friction,” Leonardo Sacamos Jr, CIO at FAST Logistics, stated.
“FarEye lets us configure new workflows instead of building them from scratch every time. It helps our teams make faster, better decisions for the industry’s most discerning customers.”
The deployment is expected to accelerate the rollout of new transport capabilities and provide real-time visibility across hubs, drivers, and customers. It is also designed to support improved service level agreement performance through more efficient routing, execution, and data consistency, while enabling closer tracking of operational metrics such as driver productivity, hub performance, and customer satisfaction.
For FarEye, the partnership reflects broader changes across Southeast Asia, where logistics networks are becoming more complex and increasingly customer-driven. The collaboration aligns with its regional focus on supporting scalable, intelligence-led delivery operations.
“Across Southeast Asia, delivery networks are becoming more dynamic, increasingly fragmented, and more customer-driven,” Gautam Kumar, co-founder & COO at FarEye, commented.
“We’re happy to help FAST bring intelligence to this scale and complexity, so they can respond faster, operate with greater predictability, and build a modern logistics foundation for the next decade.”
Both companies have entered the design and implementation phases, with the aim of building a modern logistics framework that improves delivery speed, strengthens service reliability, and supports long-term growth for businesses across the Philippines.
