Singapore – Global cybersecurity solution provider Exclusive Networks has recently announced its appointment of Lilian Lam as the company’s new country manager for its Singapore operations.
This appointment comes after the succession of her predecessor, Joey Lim, who is now transitioning to amplifying vendor business in the region and coordinating efforts with teams across EMEA and North America.
With over two decades of experience, Lilian has played a pivotal role in accelerating business growth and generating success in various countries within the region. Her previous executive leadership roles, in particular, have contributed to her expertise in fostering partnerships, channel progression, and team leadership.
In this new role, Lilian will be responsible for driving business development, expanding the channel partner network, and promoting broader market adoption of advanced cybersecurity and networking solutions.
Speaking about this milestone, Lilian highlighted the complex dynamics of the country’s cyber realm and also expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “As our nation advances towards digitalization and enhances its digital economy, we are facing unprecedented challenges head-on in cybersecurity.”
“Joining this dynamic team presents an exciting opportunity to boost the brand’s local presence. Our goal is to deliver top-class cybersecurity solutions to organisations,” added Lilian.
“My main attention will be focused on cultivating strong collaborations with our vendors and channel partners while developing cutting-edge business strategies to tackle the evolving cyber threat landscape in Singapore,” she concluded.
Meanwhile, Fabrice Bartolucci, general manager for ASEAN and HKG at Exclusive Networks, shared his confidence in Lilian’s leadership, stating, “In an exponentially growing market, our partners and their customers need the solutions and expertise we offer.
“I have complete faith in Lilian’s ability to enhance our business growth in Singapore, aligning perfectly with our core values and strategic vision,” he concluded.
