Singapore – Human resources services provider Employment Hero has recently announced that it has been recognised as an approved vendor for the Productivity Solutions Grant in Singapore.

This move underscores the company’s dedication to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises by utilising technology that enhances productivity and simplifies HR processes.

As an approved PSG vendor, eligible companies can receive up to 50% support for adopting Employment Hero’s solutions, making it easier to access technology that can transform HR processes.

The platform, in particular, streamlines HR processes comprehensively, covering every aspect of HR management, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and compliance. Its automation feature also improves efficiency and significantly reduces the risk of errors.

Meanwhile, the financial support provided through the PSG allows eligible SMEs to save up to 50% on their HR and payroll solutions and facilitates easier adoption of advanced technologies.

Cian O’Neill, head of sales and partnerships for Southeast Asia at Employment Hero, said, “As an approved PSG vendor, SME customers need to achieve a 15% increase in productivity within the past six months. This improvement translates to 1.2 hours saved daily, enabling businesses to allocate more resources to critical growth areas.”

“Employment Hero is dedicated to empowering SMEs with the tools and support they need to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment. Through initiatives like the PSG grant and our innovative solutions, we are committed to fostering growth and innovation across the region,” Cian further added.

As it is positioned to continue driving innovation and supporting Singaporean SMEs, the company is set to unveil a beta release of SmartMatch at the end of June. This AI-powered recruitment solution aims to transform the hiring process, offering a seamless experience for both employers and job seekers.
