Jakarta, Indonesia – Elitery, an IT services and consulting firm, has recently announced that it has partnered with the Association of Indonesia Municipalities (APEKSI), integrating generative AI technology across city governments in the country.

This collaboration enables Elitery to utilise Google Cloud’s enterprise-ready generative AI capabilities to provide customised solutions for municipal administrations as well as support Indonesia’s smart city vision.

More specifically, the company is set to incorporate Gen AI solutions into the city governance framework to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resource management, and improve citizen services. These all aim at driving municipalities towards more effective and responsive governance.

Furthermore, Elitery and Google Cloud’s Gen AI solutions will enable municipalities to process and analyse extensive data sets, generate actionable insights, and implement data-driven strategies for urban planning, infrastructure management, public safety, and more. These initiatives will streamline service delivery, boost citizen engagement, and promote inclusive, resilient urban communities.

Kresna Adiprawira, president director at Elitery, said, “Partnering with APEKSI to introduce cutting-edge gen AI technology to Indonesian Smart City initiatives is a thrilling development. With our gen AI solution, supported by Google Cloud’s enterprise-ready gen AI capabilities, we are set to equip city governments with the innovative solutions needed to tackle complex urban challenges and foster sustainable growth.”

Fanly Tanto, country director for Indonesia at Google Cloud, also said, “Google Cloud is proud to partner with Elitery to bring cutting-edge generative AI solutions to city governments across Indonesia and play a key role in advancing the Digital Indonesia Vision 2045.”
