Gurgaon, India – Comviva has entered into a collaboration with Aduna to support wider enterprise uptake of network intelligence and programmable communications through Comviva’s cloud-based NGAGE.ai platform.
The partnership brings together Comviva’s experience in enterprise enablement with Aduna’s international network operators to offer organisations more consistent and secure access to standardised network capabilities.
Through this combined framework, enterprises gain a consolidated route to using network-derived insights at scale, while also providing a structure to commercialise their capabilities more efficiently. The aim is to support businesses adopting real-time, intelligence-led processes across global markets.
“As enterprises accelerate their shift toward real-time, intelligence-driven operations, Network APIs will become foundational to digital transformation,” Rajesh Chandiramani, CEO at Comviva, commented.
He added, “With NGAGE.ai and Aduna’s global ecosystem, we are creating a unified and scalable pathway for enterprises to adopt programmable communications at speed and at scale.”
The AI-driven platform is designed to streamline enterprise use of communication and network APIs by removing the need for companies to invest in separate infrastructure. The platform provides immediate access to API-driven services for areas such as user authentication, identity checks, fraud prevention and compliance.
It includes real-time dashboards covering usage patterns and analytics, alongside regular platform updates to align with changing enterprise requirements.
“By integrating Comviva’s NGAGE.ai platform with Aduna’s global federation of operators, we are enabling enterprises to innovate consistently across markets with standardised, high-performance Network APIs,” Anthony Bartolo, CEO of Aduna, stated.
He added, “This collaboration enhances the value chain for operators and gives enterprises the confidence and agility needed to launch new services, reduce fraud, and deliver more trustworthy customer experiences worldwide.”
Comviva’s activity in digital payments and digital credit systems further reinforces the focus on sectors expected to become major users of network APIs.
The company processes a substantial share of global mobile money transactions and supports a growing digital lending footprint across multiple regions. These financial ecosystems increasingly depend on timely identity and risk intelligence, positioning NGAGE.ai as a relevant platform for organisations pursuing API-led innovation.
NGAGE.ai is currently operating in more than 40 countries, connected to over 100 operators and handling upwards of 250 billion transactions each year for thousands of enterprise users. Its existing deployment base places it among the more established platforms supporting large-scale adoption of network intelligence capabilities.
