Singapore – Cohesity, an AI-powered data security company, has recently announced that it has appointed Emily Chua as the new country director of sales for Malaysia. This new role will see her spearhead the company’s overall business strategy, sales operations, and growth strategy in the country.
Chua boasts more than 26 years in the enterprise technology industry, with a proven expertise and ability to build high-performing teams as well as drive strong customer and partner relationships.
She also joins Cohesity from Dell Technologies, where she played an instrumental role in leading its go-to-market strategies to align with the organisation’s business transformation agenda.
Prior to her role at Dell Technologies, Chua further served at EMC Computer Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, where she led the enterprise sales team to secure significant multi-million-dollar contracts and achieve consistent year-on-year revenue expansion.
Her earlier career includes positions at SCS Computer Systems and Wincor Nixdorf in Malaysia, where she honed her expertise in enterprise technology.
