Singapore – Cloverleaf Infrastructure has entered into a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to support the development of data centre infrastructure for AI computing across the United States.
As part of the agreement, NVIDIA has made a minority investment in Cloverleaf, with the funding aimed at supporting the development of infrastructure for AI factories. The partnership comes as demand for accelerated computing continues to increase across the US.
Since its founding in 2024, Cloverleaf has built a development pipeline and delivered multiple gigawatt-scale projects to customers across North America. Through the partnership, NVIDIA will work with Cloverleaf on the foundational infrastructure required for AI factory development.

Meanwhile, NVIDIA said the partnership will combine its AI infrastructure capabilities with Cloverleaf’s expertise in power and site development. The companies will focus on infrastructure that can support accelerated computing capacity over the longer term.

Against this backdrop, access to powered and shovel-ready sites has become increasingly important as data centre operators seek to bring additional computing capacity online. Cloverleaf will use the NVIDIA DSX™ Platform to bring site, power, cooling, computing and facility decisions together earlier in the design process.
The approach is designed to help customers assess infrastructure trade-offs while developing AI factories within available power, water and grid constraints. Once facilities become operational, NVIDIA DSX infrastructure and software will support the optimisation of energy use and computing capacity.
Furthermore, Cloverleaf customers will be able to engage with NVIDIA across the AI factory stack, covering accelerated computing, high-performance networking, infrastructure and platform software, as well as NVIDIA DSX.
This integrated approach will bring compute, power, cooling and facility operations together to support faster deployment and more efficient use of available power capacity.
