Circles announces partnership with Telkomsel to bolster digital transformation efforts

Singapore – Circles, a global technology firm, has recently unveiled a strategic partnership with Indonesia’s digital telecommunication service provider, Telkomsel. 

Through the initiative, both entities intend to offer advanced digital services and accelerate Telkomsel’s technological adoption using Circles’ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and product offerings.  

According to them, these tools will elevate Telkomsel’s customer experience, creating seamless digital journeys while unlocking new opportunities for disruptive growth and innovation.

Furthermore, the utilisation of Circles’ tech capabilities will enable Telkomsel to stay ahead of market trends, offer services that meet the evolving needs of its customers, as well as capture new opportunities in the digital landscape.

“We are excited to partner with Telkomsel, a giant digital telecommunications company in Southeast Asia,” said Deepak Gulati, senior advisor and chief revenue officer at Circles.

He further continued, “This collaboration validates our SaaS offerings and migration capabilities on a global scale, while substantiating the growing interest from the world’s telecommunication companies in leveraging Circles for their digital transformation and innovation efforts.”
