Singapore – Bravura Solutions Limited has appointed three senior executives to lead its Wealth business globally and across Asia Pacific (APAC). The financial software company says the changes will connect its regions more closely.
Chris Spencer has been named Chief Executive Officer, Global Wealth, Bravura Group. He was previously CEO Wealth for EMEA and is a longstanding member of the Executive leadership team.
According to Bravura, Spencer has two decades of experience in business transformation, growth, client engagement and operational excellence across financial services.
In the new role, he will work with APAC and EMEA leaders to align strategy across the group’s Wealth businesses. Bravura says this will expand the sharing of expertise, technological innovation and client insight as the business grows.
Meanwhile, Nicole Kennedy has become Managing Director, APAC, and will join the Global Executive Leadership team. She will lead the regional business, bringing its capabilities and teams together to drive collaboration, deepen client relationships and support growth and innovation.
Kennedy joined Bravura in 2021 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. The company credits her with helping to build its regional business and to guide it through a significant period of change.
In addition, Shawn Blackmore has joined as Director of Growth, APAC, a newly created position. Bravura says he brings more than 25 years’ experience across superannuation, fintech, private wealth and consulting.
Blackmore previously served as Chief Retirement Officer at AustralianSuper, where he led the development of its retirement income strategy.
At Bravura, he will focus on strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities across its APAC businesses, including Sonata Alta and Midwinter. The aim, according to the company, is to connect its wealth and advice capabilities with both existing and prospective clients.
Colin Greenhill, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Bravura Solutions, commented, “These appointments strengthen our leadership and growth focus, while creating deeper connections across our global Wealth business. By enabling greater collaboration and information flow between all regions, we will be able to respond even faster to our clients’ needs and create greater opportunities for business expansion.”
