Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam – Anchanto, a global technology firm in e-commerce and logistics, has announced that it has recently partnered with Viettel Group’s retail network, Viettel Store. This strategic alliance is designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of services across Viettel Store’s e-commerce channels.

In this collaboration, Viettel Store selected Anchanto’s order management system to provide an end-to-end solution for managing online orders, inventory across multiple warehouses, and chat data synchronisation.

This solution enables the firm to efficiently monitor and manage the entire ordering process, prevent inventory discrepancies, and streamline the customer support experience.

Furthermore, it also allows Viettel Store to deploy an omnichannel model, with click-and-collect services and offline stores serving as fulfilment hubs, ultimately reducing delivery times and boosting customer satisfaction.

Commenting about the initiative, Dung Dinh, CEO at Viettel Store, said, “We are proud to partner with Anchanto to elevate the service quality and operational efficiency of Viettel Store. Anchanto’s solution not only meets our stringent requirements but also unlocks numerous new development opportunities.”

Vaibhav Dabhade, CEO and founder at Anchanto, also remarked, “We are honoured to collaborate with Viettel Store, a renowned partner in Vietnam’s high-tech retail sector. Given our regional expertise, technological know-how, and experience of serving enterprises in Vietnam, we look forward to accompanying Viettel Store’s ambitious growth journey.”

“Anchanto is dedicated to delivering seamless and scalable integrated solutions to help ensure rapid order processing and enhanced customer satisfaction,” Dabhade further added.

The collaboration was commemorated through a signing of a memorandum of understanding at Viettel Store’s office in Hanoi, which was attended by Vaibhav Dabhade, CEO and founder of Anchanto; Vishal Desai, APAC CRO at Anchanto; Dung Dinh, CEO at Viettel Store; the Board of Directors of Viettel Store; and representatives from both sides.
