India — Netcore Cloud, a global MarTech company specialising customer engagement solutions, has released a marketplace-certified plugin on Shopify, aimed at helping businesses automate and personalize customer engagement.
The plugin integrates Shopify’s commerce infrastructure with Netcore’s customer engagement platform, allowing businesses to unify store data and run real-time campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Designed for Shopify businesses, the plugin uses Shopify’s infrastructure for security, speed, and ease of setup. It enables businesses to connect transactional and behavioural data with Netcore’s tools to deliver personalised and automated experiences intended to support customer retention and revenue growth.
Kalpit Jain, group CEO at Netcore Cloud explained how businesses on Shopify often struggle to activate their customer data meaningfully.
“With this integration, we are eliminating that gap. By connecting real-time purchase signal and behavioural data to automated journeys and AI-powered personalisation, brands can unlock significantly higher engagement and retention,” Kalpit said.
Unlike traditional integrations that require technical assistance, the plugin is install-ready and certified for Shopify, reducing setup time and technical complexity. Once enabled, businesses can implement functions such as abandoned cart recovery, product recommendations, post-purchase follow-ups, and automated coupon delivery.
The integration offers four primary benefits: enhanced personalisation through Shopify data, automated campaign setup, unified access to customer insights, and improved engagement across multiple communication channels.
The plugin is available on both the Shopify app store and Netcore Cloud platform. The release is part of Netcore’s broader strategy to strengthen platform partnerships in support of digital-first commerce ecosystems.
