Vietnam – OnPoint, an e-commerce enabler headquartered in Vietnam, has recently announced that it has acquired Thailand-based e-commerce enabler CREA to bolster its leadership in the region’s e-commerce market.

Through the initiative, the company seeks to combine two industry powerhouses to establish an ecosystem of solutions designed to help global and regional brands excel in Southeast Asia’s rapidly changing digital market.

Said partnership will jointly cater to over 250 brands, supported by a strong team of more than 600 in-house employees and over 1,000 outsourced professionals skilled in warehousing, livestreaming, and full-spectrum e-commerce operations.

Moreover, both companies also shared their use of commercial and marketing solutions incorporating advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tools to elevate content creation, livestreaming, and tailored consumer engagement.

This strategic approach showcases their commitment to technological innovation that enhances operations, shopper engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, said entities are part of a distinguished group of enablers celebrated for their strong financial foundation, profitability, and growth potential.

In particular, OnPoint received backing from SeaTown Private Capital Master Fund, managed by SeaTown Holdings International Pte. Ltd.
