Singapore – Aiming to drive operational advancements across its operations, global business services and solutions firm Averis has recently unveiled its plans to implement RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP Ariba.
Said integration follows the company’s global expansion strategy, specifically designed to elevate capacity planning, ease system updates, and reduce operational costs.
It also comes at a crucial time, as RISE with SAP’s customisability and adaptability proved to be a perfect fit for Averis. This allows Averis to adopt a hybrid approach that integrates both public and private clouds, successfully overcoming its unique business challenges.
Furthermore, the adoption also enables the transfer of most of its infrastructure to the cloud, empowering Averis to unlock new capabilities in data analytics, automation, and client engagement. This particular advancement reported an 8.5% increase in client satisfaction due to faster turnaround times, more personalised service delivery, and greater agility in handling unexpected requests.
By implementing RISE with SAP, Averis can further replace its traditional CAPEX/OPEX operating model with a pure OPEX model, reducing its total cost of ownership by 11.5%. This change enhances cost efficiency, enables flexible scaling of resources to meet business needs, and strengthens the stability and security of its IT infrastructure.
Ultimately, the company anticipates using AI to increase employee productivity and optimise resource utilisation in its facilities.
As Averis’ clients increasingly adopt their own sustainability metrics and goals, the company will also employ SAP solutions to bolster its services in sustainability services, scaling its service portfolio, and fostering business growth.
“Over our 15-year partnership, SAP has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of our business and commitment to our success,” said Herminto, vice president of Group IT at Averis.
“With their unwavering support, we could tailor a hybrid strategy that works for us,
So we can reap the full benefits of the cloud while maintaining control over sensitive data, ultimately enhancing our business continuity and reducing costs for our clients,” added Herminto.
Eileen Chua, managing director, SAP Singapore, also commented, “Business services providers like Averis play a crucial role in driving productivity and growth for the companies it supports.”
“Averis’ journey to the cloud with a tailored RISE with SAP solution underscores how a flexible cloud strategy can empower companies to scale rapidly and drive real business results, with improved client satisfaction and a future-ready foundation for AI and sustainability initiatives,” Chua further explained.
