Singapore  – Unlimit, a financial services company, has recently teamed up with global AI-commerce provider Shoplazza, aiming to optimise cross-border payment services for e-commerce retailers in the Asia-Pacific region.

In this collaboration, Shoplazza merchants can now tap into Unlimit’s extensive payment methods portfolio and infrastructure, thereby expanding their customer bases globally. This move further enables the two to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Said agreement further offers Shoplazza’s network of more than 500,000 merchants access to a proprietary payment infrastructure, helping them streamline settlements, payment offerings, and superior security to end users.

Commenting about the partnership, Irene Skrynova, chief customer officer at Unlimit, said, “For the last 15 years, we have supported merchants from all over the world in accelerating their global expansion. We share Shoplazza’s commitment to empowering e-commerce companies with the right payment tools to streamline cross-border transactions.”

“We are certain that together, we can truly enhance cross-border operations for merchants of all sizes and leave our mark in the evolution of the APAC e-commerce industry,” she added.
