Singapore – IPG Mediabrands, the media holding company under Interpublic Group, officially launched My Bot, its latest AI chat assistant.
This AI tool is designed to enhance internal productivity within the workplace and optimize employees’ workstyles through the utilization of generative AI technology powered by Google Cloud.
Specifically tailored to streamline day-to-day tasks, My Bot facilitates the easier management of multiple projects and workflows for IPG Mediabrands employees. Among its features is intuitive task management support, spanning from project brainstorming to agenda creation for meetings. With a dedicated space for fostering human creativity and strategy development, the assistant efficiently responds to user needs with timely assistance.
Moreover, My Bot’s proficiency in understanding 38 different languages fosters smooth communication in various contexts, promoting inclusivity throughout the workplace.

Developed by the product team within KINESSO, My Bot utilizes Google’s PaLM 2 language model. Noteworthy for its enterprise-level security features, the tool ensures the protection of intellectual property throughout the workflow.
