Singapore – Eligible FOMO Pay business clients can now transfer digital assets directly into PantherTrade accounts, with Travel Rule information exchanged as part of the transaction workflow.
The connectivity between the two platforms was announced on 23 October 2026 by Singapore-headquartered payment institution FOMO Pay and PantherTrade (Hong Kong) Limited.
PantherTrade is a licensed Hong Kong virtual asset trading platform that is wholly owned by Futu Holdings Limited, the group behind the moomoo trading app.
Under the arrangement, clients can move digital assets from their FOMO Pay business accounts to PantherTrade without routing them through external third-party wallets. The companies say the required Travel Rule data travels with each transfer, supporting compliance requirements for eligible transactions.
According to Futu, the link is PantherTrade’s first Travel Rule integration with an overseas licensed institution. It also creates a compliant channel for cross-border digital asset movement between Singapore and Hong Kong.
The collaboration combines FOMO Pay’s payment and digital asset infrastructure with Futu’s digital asset trading ecosystem. Both companies point to growing business and institutional use of digital assets in treasury, investment and trading strategies, where connected regulated platforms can help simplify transactions while supporting compliance requirements.
Leona Gan, Director of Business Development of FOMO Pay, said, “Digital assets are becoming an increasingly integrated part of the global financial system. Connecting payments, trading and financial infrastructure through trusted, compliant rails will be essential to this evolution.”
“Our collaboration with PantherTrade is another step towards enabling more seamless digital asset transfers and a more connected financial ecosystem,” Gan added.
Sherry Zhu, Global Head of Digital Assets of Futu, said, “Our collaboration with FOMO Pay marks PantherTrade’s first Travel Rule integration with an overseas licensed institution. By enabling compliant cross-border digital asset transfers, we are building a bridge to a more connected Web3 ecosystem, while keeping regulatory compliance and investor protection at the core.”
The companies describe the move as part of the continued development of infrastructure that connects payments with regulated digital asset markets.
