Singapore – Singapore government agencies can now source digital behavioural analytics from SQREEM Technologies, which has been appointed to the Whole-of-Government Digital Consumption Analytics Services Period Contract and Framework Agreement. The AI-powered behavioural intelligence and data analytics company announced the appointment on 12 October.
The framework, administered by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), lets participating agencies access digital consumption analytics services. These services support their research, communications and decision-making requirements.
Under the arrangement, SQREEM will make its digital behavioural intelligence and analytics capabilities available to those agencies.
According to the company, its technology analyses large-scale digital behavioural signals across the open web. The aim is to show how audiences consume information, which topics and content attract attention, and how digital behaviour evolves over time.
In practice, SQREEM says users can examine audience behaviour, content consumption, topics and trends, and demographic and geographic patterns. They can also assess the digital sources influencing online attention.
“We are pleased to have been appointed to this Whole-of-Government framework,” said René Raiss, Founder of SQREEM Technologies.
“Singapore has long been at the forefront of using technology and data to support better decision-making, and we look forward to making SQREEM’s behavioural intelligence capabilities available to government agencies through the framework. This appointment is an important milestone for SQREEM and reflects our continued commitment to building trusted technology that helps organisations make sense of an increasingly complex digital environment,” Raiss added.
On data handling, SQREEM says its analytics technology is designed to operate within applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
The appointment also builds on SQREEM’s existing work with organisations across Asia Pacific. The company says that work applies artificial intelligence, behavioural intelligence and data analytics to audience understanding, research, communications planning and strategic decision-making.
