Hong Kong – Ebury has entered a strategic partnership with NOVVA Group to support the AI power infrastructure platform’s expansion across Asia-Pacific and Latin America, the companies announced in Hong Kong on 6 October 2026.
Under the agreement, Novva will use Ebury’s cross-border platform, which covers global payments, multi-currency cash management and foreign exchange hedging. According to the companies, Novva will use it to optimise its multi-jurisdictional financial operations, international supply chains, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
Novva describes itself as an AI power infrastructure and asset management platform focused on sustainable power for the AI economy. Ebury, a global fintech specialising in financial solutions for private markets and international businesses, says it enables payments in over 140 currencies across 160 countries for more than 27,000 businesses worldwide.
The partnership follows a series of acquisitions by Novva, including a 3.17 GW solar and wind portfolio in Argentina and a 120 MWp solar project in the Philippines. The company also acquired a 37.8 MWac solar portfolio in Colombia from ABO Energy.
Novva has also strengthened its utility-scale storage capabilities through a strategic investment in Slovak battery innovator InoBat via Bromo Capital. Novva says these investments have improved its ability to deliver resilient, bankable, end-to-end solutions for the computer economy.
According to the companies, the Ebury partnership is intended to support the financial side of Novva’s growth.
“AI’s future depends on reliable, sustainable power. With Ebury, our financial engine will move as fast as our projects, giving us the agility to power the next generation of AI, sustainably and at scale,” said Steven Liu, Founder and CEO of Novva.
Terence Oh, Country Manager of Greater China and Singapore of Ebury, also commented on the deal. “Powering AI takes more than energy; it takes financial infrastructure built for global ambition. We’re proud to stand behind Novva as they build the backbone of the sustainable compute economy,” he said.
Looking ahead, both companies will explore further opportunities to streamline international project funding and accelerate the global transition to eco-friendly AI infrastructure.
