Singapore – TEAM LEWIS has launched Orbital OS1, an AI-powered operating system designed to help multi-market organisations connect marketing intelligence, creative work and communications delivery within a secure environment.
The platform brings together data from public relations, customer relationship management (CRM), paid media and web activity to help teams understand factors influencing reputation, demand and visibility in AI-powered channels.
TEAM LEWIS said Orbital was developed to address challenges faced by marketing teams working with fragmented platforms, dispersed teams and growing measurement expectations. It is intended to help organisations turn existing data and insights into action more quickly.
Orbital OS1 is structured around three areas: Intelligence, Creativity and Delivery.
The Intelligence component uses an organisation’s data and context to identify signals affecting reputation, demand and AI visibility. Creativity is designed to help teams turn insights into creative work at pace and scale, while retaining human judgement and originality.
The Delivery component supports people representing an organisation in settings such as media interviews, keynote presentations and other leadership engagements, aiming to help them communicate clearly and confidently.
Rather than replacing existing marketing infrastructure, Orbital is designed to operate alongside it through application programming interface (API) integrations.
TEAM LEWIS said client data remains isolated in secure, enterprise-grade environments to support governance and data residency requirements, including those relevant to regulated industries.
“The advantage increasingly lies with organisations that can act quickly on what they already know. Orbital is designed to shorten the distance between insight and action — helping marketing and communications teams work more effectively across markets, channels and teams,” said Fairil Yeo, EVP of AI & Growth at TEAM LEWIS.
“Technology can connect information, but it cannot replace judgement. Orbital gives our specialists a clearer view of what matters, more quickly. The decisions — and the responsibility for making them well — remain human,” said Yvonne van Bokhoven, Chief Operating Officer at TEAM LEWIS.
Orbital is now available as part of TEAM LEWIS’s global offering. The company said OS1 is the first release in an ongoing development programme, with further capabilities planned for future versions.
The platform is designed for organisations operating across multiple markets, including those with complex data governance and residency requirements. Its approach combines AI capabilities with specialist human judgement while complementing existing marketing systems.
