Philippines – Philippine-grown HR tech and B2B SaaS provider Sprout Solutions has recently announced the acquisition of JustPayroll, encompassing its operations in the country among all existing local clients and employees.
Through the acquisition, the company provides JustPayroll customers with the opportunity to join Sprout’s community, which comprises over 1,000 client organisations.
Customers are also given access to AI-powered solutions geared towards automating and enhancing crucial human resource processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This aligns with Sprout’s mission to positively impact the lives of every Filipino by enhancing business practices in the Philippines.
On the other hand, newly acquired clients from JustPayroll will receive continued service and support during this transition phase. This will be facilitated by their existing support contacts, who have now joined Sprout’s Customer Success team as employees.

As part of their initiative to streamline operations in Asia, JustPayroll has recently withdrawn from the local Software as a Service (SaaS) and outsourced payroll markets in the Philippines. This strategic move will enable the company to concentrate on advancing their group professional employment organisation and business process outsourcing services.
