Malaysia — Carousell Malaysia has partnered with SPX Express Malaysia (SPX) to expand its Carousell Official Delivery service, giving buyers and sellers access to more delivery options across West Malaysia.
The partnership provides buyers with doorstep delivery, while sellers can use more than 1,000 SPX service points across West Malaysia and access label-less shipping.
According to Carousell Malaysia’s marketplace data, nearly nine in 10 orders placed on the platform between January and June 2026 were fulfilled through delivery. The company said the figure highlights the role of logistics in facilitating secondhand transactions.
Under the partnership, sellers can drop off parcels at SPX service points without having to print shipping labels. After an order is confirmed, sellers can present the digital shipping information generated through the Carousell app at an SPX service point, where staff will print and attach the label.
Buyers and sellers can then track parcels and receive delivery updates through the Carousell and SPX apps once the shipment has been accepted for delivery.
Vishal Salunkhe, Chief Business Officer at Carousell, said, “Delivery is an integral part of recommerce, and we are delighted to welcome SPX as our latest logistics partner under Carousell Official Delivery in Malaysia. With SPX’s extensive and trusted network, we are able to expand our delivery offerings while making secondhand transactions more accessible for our users.”
Cheah Lee Sun, Head of SPX Express Malaysia, said, “At SPX, we are committed to providing reliable and accessible logistics solutions for businesses and everyday users. Through our partnership with Carousell Malaysia, we look forward to helping more Malaysians enjoy a seamless delivery experience through our extensive service point network.”
