Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Conectys has launched a new multilingual delivery hub in Kuala Lumpur, marking an expansion of the company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
The new centre is intended to support the company’s customer experience (CX) and trust and safety services for global clients, particularly those requiring support across multiple Asian languages. From the Kuala Lumpur hub, Conectys will provide services such as omnichannel customer experience operations, technical support, content moderation, data services, back-office processing, employer of record (EOR) services and Facility-as-a-Service capabilities.
“For Conectys, expanding into Malaysia is not about following an outsourcing trend. It’s about strengthening how we support our clients and how we grow our people as part of our global delivery network,” shares Arnold Cobbaert, CEO at Conectys.
According to the company, the new hub will operate under its Four-Talent Operating Model, which combines CX professionals, AI-enabled tools, a global gig workforce, and employer-of-record solutions. These services are designed to be aligned with clients’ audience and language requirements while maintaining global delivery standards. The hub will initially support languages including English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and Tamil.
The launch in Kuala Lumpur complements Conectys’ existing operations in the Philippines and Taiwan, where the company already delivers CX and trust and safety services across the region.
“Malaysia is an important next step in our APAC strategy. We have already started searching for talented people interested in building their careers with Conectys. In particular, we are looking for specialists including team managers and customer support representatives with Mandarin expertise for leading fintech and digital platforms, along with other CX and content roles that will help our clients grow across Asia Pacific and beyond. We were deliberate in choosing a location where talent is curious, digitally fluent, and ready to grow alongside the business, not just fill roles,” adds Cobbaert.
The company said Malaysia was selected due to its reputation as an established outsourcing destination in Southeast Asia, supported by a multilingual workforce and a growing digital ecosystem. The country also offers a large pool of digitally skilled talent and infrastructure designed for digital and technology services.
The broader Klang Valley technology corridor, including Cyberjaya, was also cited as a factor in the decision, providing access to technology talent, university graduates and reliable network infrastructure.
“Malaysia is one of Southeast Asia’s most multilingual and resilient outsourcing destinations, offering a mix of tech capability, talent availability, and operational stability,” adds Cobbaert. “But what excites us most is the people. Their curiosity, commitment, and openness to new ideas make Malaysia a place where long-term partnerships can develop and grow.”
The Kuala Lumpur centre is located in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area and is designed as a digital-first workspace to support real-time collaboration and client operations.
“We see Malaysia as a long-term investment in our global delivery network and are focused on building stable teams and consistent capabilities in the region,” concludes Cobbaert. “We invite talented people from across Malaysia to join us in Kuala Lumpur and grow their careers as part of our global team.”
