Bangkok, Thailand – Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), a telecommunications and digital technology provider in Thailand, has launched AISpace, a platform intended to support the wider adoption of AI services across the country.
The AISpace initiative, created with the concept of “An AI hub for Thai people” is positioned as an AI ecosystem hub that brings together technologies from multiple global partners within a single access point.
AISpace integrates solutions from providers including SparkChat, Alisa AI, Microsoft 365, BigBot, Replika and Google Gemini. The platform allows both individual users and organisations to access a range of AI services through a unified interface. Customers can subscribe to these services and pay through AIS billing, which is intended to simplify access and reduce the need to manage multiple subscriptions.
The launch forms part of AIS’s broader strategy to encourage AI adoption and support Thailand’s digital transformation. The company has been developing an AI-powered network ecosystem that combines intelligent connectivity with AI-enabled services to support emerging digital applications.
“We have developed AISpace, which is more than a platform—it is an ‘AI hub for Thai people.’ It curates AI technologies from world-class partners into one place, making it easy for both individuals and organisations to choose solutions suited to their needs, at accessible prices,” Saran Phaloprakarn, head of mobile and consumer product business unit of AIS, stated.
“We believe AI is not here to replace people, but to elevate human potential, create new opportunities, and accelerate real-world AI adoption in everyday life and business—driving Thailand toward a sustainable digital economy.”
For individual users, the platform offers several AI-based applications aimed at productivity, learning and creative work. These include SparkChat, which aggregates multiple international AI models to assist with tasks such as writing, design, video creation and data analysis, and Alisa AI, a generative AI tool developed for Thai users that supports learning and everyday digital activities.
The platform also provides access to Microsoft 365 Copilot, which incorporates AI features into productivity applications to assist with document drafting, summarisation, presentation creation and data analysis.
Additional services from partners such as BigBot, Replika and Google Gemini are expected to be introduced on the platform over time to expand the range of AI capabilities available to users.
For organisations, AISpace provides enterprise solutions designed to support productivity, collaboration and digital infrastructure while maintaining data security. These include Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, Google Workspace with Gemini, and AIS AI Voicebot, which enables automated customer communication and contact centre support. AIS Cloud infrastructure is also available to support data management, AI processing and the development of AI models within Thailand.
AISpace is intended to provide both individuals and businesses with easier access to AI technologies while supporting the continued growth of Thailand’s digital economy.
