USA – HR technology company Checkr has officially announced the expansion of its platform with the launch of Checkr Pay and Checkr Onboard to simplify processes for the flexible and mobile-first workforce.
From background checking alone, Checkr has now brought the three major hiring processes into its single platform with Pay and Onboard.
The HR tech company aims to address the needs of the growing population of flexible workers that require instant earning access and hassle-free onboarding. With this expanded suite, businesses’ can now have access to embedded, instant payments, and no-code solutions for HR and operations teams to onboard earners quickly and pay them on their terms.
Checkr Pay and Onboard are directly integrated into the main platform to provide companies with a more centralised system where they can screen potential hires, streamline onboarding processes, and ensure timely payments.
In this expanded platform, employees will now be able to access their earnings after a shift without leaving the company’s app and dissolve additional high fees for transfers. Meanwhile, companies will have a more unified onboarding process that creates automated reminders to guide new hires and offers them a more user-friendly application experience.
