Bridgenet Solutions, Eaton to strengthen Malaysia’s data centre power infrastructure

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Bridgenet Solutions Sdn Bhd has formed a strategic partnership with Eaton Industries as it broadens its involvement in the data centre sector to respond to rising demand for robust and high-performing digital infrastructure in Malaysia.

Investment in Malaysian data centres continues to increase, supported by the expansion of cloud computing, the growth of digital services and demand from regional markets. As facilities grow in size and technical complexity, operators are placing greater emphasis on power stability, system availability and efficient operations.

“Malaysia’s data centre landscape is entering a new phase, where resilience and reliability are no longer optional,” Keane Leong, group chief executive officer of Bridgenet Solutions, stated.

“As we expand Bridgenet’s focus in this segment, it is important for us to collaborate with partners who bring proven global expertise and strong engineering depth.”

Under the collaboration, Bridgenet will work with Eaton to provide a range of power and energy management technologies suited to modern data centre requirements. The offering will cover uninterruptible power systems, power distribution solutions, energy management platforms, intelligent monitoring software, and lifecycle services intended to support long-term operational reliability.

The combined capabilities are intended to address key operational needs such as service continuity, scalability, efficiency and sustainability, helping data centre operators expand capacity while managing increasing performance and energy pressures.

“This collaboration reflects Eaton’s continued commitment to supporting Malaysia’s fast-growing digital infrastructure ecosystem,” Chan Jian Wen, country manager of Eaton Malaysia, commented.

“By combining Eaton’s global power management expertise with Bridgenet’s strong local presence and enterprise capabilities, we are well positioned to deliver reliable and future-ready solutions for data centre customers in Malaysia.”

The partnership brings together Bridgenet’s enterprise ICT expertise and expanding focus on data centre infrastructure with Eaton’s global experience in power management and mission-critical systems.

Both companies plan to continue their cooperation as demand for data centre capacity in Malaysia accelerates, supporting customers with infrastructure designed for resilience, consistent performance and future growth.
