Sitecore broadens global reseller framework to support AI platform adoption in emerging markets

Hanoi, Vietnam – Sitecore has extended its Global Reseller Programme through the introduction of a Global Elite initiative aimed at partners with strong capabilities in high-growth regions. The expansion includes the appointment of FPT Software as the first Global Elite Reseller, with the designation formalised during a signing event at FPT’s headquarters in Hanoi earlier this month.

The Global Elite model is intended to support faster uptake of SitecoreAI by combining local market delivery with defined commercial accountability. Under this structure, selected global partners operate as the primary, and in certain cases sole, reseller within a specific country, region or market segment, while committing to agreed distribution objectives to ensure consistent market presence and measurable levels of adoption.

Through the agreement, FPT receives exclusive reseller rights in Vietnam alongside non-exclusive authorisation across selected territories in Asia and the Middle East. In its role as a Global Elite Reseller, FPT will be responsible for advising customers, delivering implementations and providing ongoing support within its approved markets.

This includes access to SitecoreAI functions spanning content and digital asset management, conversion optimisation and AI-driven experience orchestration delivered through Agentic Studio. The initiative sits alongside Sitecore’s existing direct sales, alliance and distributor routes, reinforcing a partner-led go-to-market strategy that combines central product development with local execution.

“The Global Reseller Program takes the power of SitecoreAI combined with the unique and compelling capabilities of the leading Agencies and Systems Integrators, to ensure every customer, in every market, is served fully,” Dave Tilbury, chief operating officer at Sitecore, commented.

“By expanding through trusted partners, we’re helping organisations adopt AI faster, lower the cost to implement, and turn better experiences into measurable business growth. ”

Sitecore has positioned the programme as a means of extending the reach of its AI-enabled platform through established agencies and systems integrators, enabling organisations to deploy advanced digital experience capabilities more efficiently and with reduced implementation complexity. The approach is intended to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption while translating CX improvements into tangible business outcomes.

SitecoreAI is presented as an integrated, AI-native marketing platform that brings together content, data management, personalisation, search and orchestration within a single environment. The platform is designed to allow organisations to design, deliver and refine digital experiences across multiple touchpoints beyond traditional websites, while maintaining governance and speed.

The expansion of the reseller programme reflects ongoing demand for AI-enabled marketing and experience technologies across diverse regions, with Sitecore seeking to scale its innovations through locally embedded partners capable of addressing market-specific requirements.
