Manila, Philippines – In a concerted effort to advance e-commerce operations in the country, Shoppedia recently teamed up with Philex Solutions Corporation, emphasising their commitment to improving delivery solutions and creating a secure online shopping environment.

In this partnership, Shoppedia is set to utilise PhilEx’s network and innovative tracking system, ensuring swift and secure order deliveries for its customers. This aims to minimise delivery times faster and elevate overall customer satisfaction, as exemplified by the assurance of same-day delivery.

Shoppedia customers are also offered the advantage of 24/7 real-time tracking and notifications, which they can conveniently monitor from the point of purchase to delivery. This transparency guarantees a seamless and well-informed shopping experience.

Additionally, the collaboration seeks to streamline shipping expenses, offering customers budget-friendly shipping alternatives.

The partnership also places a premium on customer satisfaction by establishing dedicated customer support channels. This commitment ensures the prompt resolution of queries, concerns, and feedback.

The establishment of this partnership, on the other hand, was commemorated through the signing of a memorandum of agreement during a ceremony attended by Sem Sangoyo, CEO and founder at PhilEx; Neil Garcia La-as, managing director at Shoppedia; and Francis Aguilar Balagtas, marketing head at PhilEx.
