Singapore – Fusion CX, a global customer experience and business process outsourcing service and solutions firm, has recently announced that it has acquired S4 Communications, a call centre outsourcing and BPO services company.
By acquiring S4 Communications, the company aims to combine its advanced CX technologies, including voice bots, chatbots, analytics, accent harmonisation, and AI-powered QMS, with S4 Communications’ expertise in the telecom and utilities industries.
Said agreement strengthens Fusion CX’s presence in the telecom and utilities verticals, introducing some of the leading US telecom brands to its growing client base.
