Singapore – Delinea has expanded its senior leadership team with three regional appointments aimed at supporting growth across APAC and EMEA, with particular emphasis on strengthening its presence in APAC.
The company, which develops identity security technologies designed to safeguard both human and machine identities through centralised authorisation, has named Cynthia Lee as vice president for APAC, alongside Chris Waynforth as vice president for EMEA North and Adam Perks as director of channel for EMEA.
The appointment of a dedicated APAC vice president reflects rising demand for identity-focused security strategies across the region. Organisations throughout APAC are accelerating cloud migration initiatives, integrating AI-driven automation, and revising their cybersecurity frameworks to address evolving risks.
In response, Delinea is increasing investment in local leadership to support customers and partners while pursuing further market expansion.
“Bringing on leaders like Cynthia, Chris, and Adam strengthens our regional expertise and channels momentum to meet this demand and support customers at an even greater scale,” Spence Young, SVP of EMEA and APAC at Delinea, stated.
“Identity has become the control plane for modern enterprises, and security leaders are looking for solutions that reduce risk without slowing innovation across APAC and EMEA.”
In her role, Cynthia will oversee regional sales strategy and customer engagement, working closely with enterprises and channel partners to address increasingly complex security environments.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise technology, having previously held senior regional roles at Cyberint, Aqua Security and CyberArk. Her background includes scaling sales operations, expanding enterprise adoption and driving regional market development across APAC.
The company’s broader regional strategy also includes strengthening its sales and partner ecosystem across Europe. Chris will lead sales operations across Northern Europe, drawing on more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, including positions at Performanta, Imperva and Splunk.
Meanwhile, Adam will focus on expanding alliance networks, increasing partner-led revenue and embedding a more structured co-selling approach across the region, building on previous roles at Riverbed Technology, NetBrain and Aternity.
These leadership changes form part of Delinea’s wider international expansion plans, supported by continued development of its platform capabilities. Recent initiatives include the introduction of the Delinea Iris AI engine and plans to acquire StrongDM, a move intended to enhance just-in-time runtime authorisation within the Delinea platform.
By reinforcing leadership coverage across APAC and EMEA, the company aims to strengthen local execution, scale its partner ecosystem and respond more effectively to enterprise demand for identity-centric security solutions.
