Australia – YPB Group, an Australian technology company, has recently announced the introduction of its latest QR code generation and management solution, aiming to offer businesses advanced communications, management tools, and data security.

Titled ConnectQR, this initiative provides businesses with a comprehensive suite of analytics and data management tools, including a fully self-service platform for generating and managing QR.

This ensures Australian consumers that their data is securely stored and encrypted within Australia.

Businesses can also access the platform, choose the appropriate product, and customise the technology to meet their requirements. This eliminates the need to collaborate with app or software developers or digital marketing agencies, resulting in time and cost savings.

Following this milestone, Martin Ross, chief operating officer at YPB Group, said, “ConnectQR is designed to provide businesses with the ability to simply deliver direct-to-consumer communications, plus powerful management tools, while also providing surety to users that their data is being stored in Australia.”

“This focus on easy-to-use encryption and consumer data protection are a major point of differentiation for ConnectQR in the rapidly growing self-service QR code generation and management space and something our clients can promote as part of their engagement strategy with consumers,” added Martin.

“Data security is of growing importance for businesses as cyber-attacks against consumers gather pace, and Western governments in particular are insisting that organisations are protecting people’s personal information,” he further explained.

John Houston, chairman at YPB Group, also commented, “We saw an amazing uptake of QR codes following the pandemic and realised that our well-established Connect™ platform (which has generated 250 million codes to date) was ideally placed to take the company into the QR management market, but with sophisticated QR analytic abilities learned from our 7-year pedigree in the QR code industry.”

“Our technical team has been focused on this launch for much of 2023, and I am very proud of their delivery of what I believe is an exciting new opportunity for the company,” concluded John.
