Singapore – Indegene, a digital-first life sciences commercialization company, recently announced its strategic collaboration with leading enterprise automation platform Workato, with the goal of accelerating integration development cycles and increasing efficiency for its life sciences clients.

Following Workato’s extensive array of pre-built connectors and simple low-code interface, the platform intends to provide the company with comprehensive compliance as well as essential security requirements that ensures Indegene’s clients with data protection and regulatory adherence.

In addition, the enterprise-grade platform enables Indegene to acquire real-time data insights, allowing for swift integration set-up, decision-making, and enhanced time to market for clients.

Speaking about this endeavour, Sharanjit Singh, AVP on strategic solutions and enterprise commercial solutions at Indegene, shared the company’s achievements about the project, stating, “We have minimised the complexity of business rule management and custom integration with third-party tools using Workato. We are also able to build different data transformation processes and integrate them in a seamless way.

“We’ve been able to optimise speed and accuracy in our clients’ business processes, leading to increased productivity while optimising customer journeys,” Sharanjit continued.

“The ability to sync customer consent and preferences across downstream systems in near real-time has helped our clients drive compliant and relevant digital interactions across various channels. This has added value to our consent management solution, enabling clients to bridge the personalisation and privacy gap,” he  concluded.

Meanwhile, Amlan Debnath, managing director at Workato Asia Pacific and Japan, said, “Indegene works with several large global life sciences organizations. We’re proud to be their chosen technology provider, delivering integration and automation for their extensive portfolio of clients.”

“We’re very excited that Indegene is driving scale and efficiency as well as technology and analytics-enabled personalisation for its clients, and we look forward to scaling our collaboration with the company in the coming months,” he concluded.

Since its inception, Indegene has already leveraged technology from 19 of the world’s 20 largest biopharma companies to help its clients achieve better results through artificial intelligence and data analytics. It now has six operation hubs and 16 offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
