Philippines – AND Global, a Singapore-based fintech company, has recently announced the inaugural of its latest intelligent document processing software, aiming to advance financial processes among businesses across the Philippines.

Called mindox, this product will allow financial institutions to adopt advanced intelligent document processing, giving organisations an opportunity to transform how they manage and extract insights from reports, texts, forms, and financial documents.

The solution also employs optical character recognition (OCR), a feature that reads text within a digital image, and natural language processing (NLP), an AI technique that allows computers to understand, generate, and manipulate human language.

These technologies enable the mindox system to interpret various document formats and complex financial documents, as well as extract essential data points and understand context effectively.

Furthermore, they also allow mindox to automate loan applications, leading to substantial reductions in processing times. The technology incorporates machine learning (ML) and intelligent automation to enhance its performance with each interaction, gradually eliminating errors over time.

In terms of banking systems and third-party applications, the solution also offers API support, which enables seamless integration with the existing aforementioned financial systems. This further elevates efficiency and security in daily operations while also ensuring accuracy and speed.

Speaking about the launch, Khos-Erdene Baatarkhuu, CEO at AND Global, shared, “There is growing demand for intelligent document processing platforms, and at AND Global, we are delighted to deliver this cutting-edge technology in the financial industry across the Philippines.”

“mindox facilitates deeper and more interactive engagement with financial data, streamlining decision-making and overall day-to-day operations. We believe documents can become intelligent companions in the pursuit of efficiency, and mindox can be a significant ally to financial institutions,” concluded Khos-Erdene.

Meanwhile, as part of its expansion plans, mindox adheres to ISO27001 and GDPR regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
