Manila, Philippines – Smart Communications, Inc., a mobile service provider in the Philippines, has recently unveiled a strategic collaboration with computer software firm Adobe and telecommunications company Amdocs.
With the alliance, the companies aim to offer a more data-driven and customer-centric approach to serve their subscribers across the country.
In particular, Smart is set to implement the Adobe Experience Platform, focusing on utilising customer insights to deliver personalised and impactful services, including real-time solutions. For this initiative, Amdocs will oversee the platform’s delivery.
Furthermore, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), alongside enterprise solutions like Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (Real-Time CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimiser, will further allow Smart to adapt to customer behaviours in real-time and deliver personalised customer experiences at scale through tailormade offerings across multiple touchpoints, including mobile applications, social media, and messaging platforms.
These generative AI capabilities, such as AI Assistant embedded within Adobe’s applications, will enable Smart to identify customer patterns and optimise customer interactions. This significantly boosts productivity and elevates the impact of marketing campaigns.
