MyRepublic introduces ‘AI Automation Box’ to support SME digital growth in APAC

Singapore — MyRepublic has launched the AI Automation Box, a plug-and-play automation server designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Asia-Pacific region adopt AI-driven processes more efficiently.

The solution enables businesses to deploy and manage automated workflows quickly and cost-effectively, without the need for dedicated engineering teams or external consultants.

AI Automation Box is a self-contained engine aimed at organisations with 20 to 200 employees. It allows companies to streamline operations, automate manual tasks, and establish AI-powered workflows within days.

The platform combines a no-code/low-code workflow builder with the flexibility of custom coding, enabling businesses to design and deploy automations according to their operational needs. It comes equipped with self-hosted large language models (LLMs) from providers including OpenAI, Meta, and DeepSeek, supported by enterprise-grade GPU hardware to ensure reliable and high-performance execution.

Lawrence Chan, managing director and chief AI officer at MyRepublic explained how the AI Automation box is like having your own private AI lab, but fits in an office and is easy to operate.

“We built this so any business, not just tech startups, can start automating like a Fortune 500 company,” Lawrence commented.

To support adoption, the solution includes over 100 ready-to-use templates, tutorials, and access to the MyRepublic AI Academy. A spreadsheet-style no-code database is also available, enabling users to build and manage data-driven applications through a familiar interface.

The AI Automation Box is designed for business owners, operations managers, and lean IT teams looking to reduce reliance on consultants and large-scale infrastructure. Common use cases include customer service, reporting, invoicing, and HR automation.

Imran Nazi, head of ICT at MyRepublic, added how the AI Automation box is not just purely a product.

“It’s a movement to make automation a standard tool for every business. We’re taking what was once an enterprise luxury and making it an SME essential,” Imran said.

Traditionally, AI adoption has been associated with high costs and complexity, often limiting access to large enterprises. The MyRepublic AI Automation Box addresses these challenges by providing an integrated, on-premise solution that avoids cloud dependency, vendor lock-in, and extensive technical training. Pricing begins at $255 per month.
