Malaysia — microLEAP and Provident have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening collaboration and exploring new opportunities within Malaysia’s financial ecosystem.
The MoU signing ceremony brought together representatives from both organisations, including microLEAP Chief Operating Officer Matthew Noel Fernandez, Chief Marketing Officer Marzuki Musa and Chief Strategy Officer Zackrey Omar.
Nor Shahmir Nor Shahid CA(M), Executive Director of Provident Banc Berhad, attended the ceremony alongside Datuk Dr Hj. Mazlan bin Hj. Ahmad, Chairman of Virtue Trustee Berhad.
According to microLEAP, the partnership is intended to leverage the respective strengths of both organisations while creating value for stakeholders and supporting the development of Malaysia’s financial ecosystem.
The companies said the collaboration reflects their shared commitment to fostering stronger partnerships and contributing to a more inclusive and progressive financial landscape.
