Chennai, India – KaarTech has introduced KEOS, an operating layer for enterprise intelligence that helps organisations integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across business operations and deploy AI agents under defined governance controls.
The platform connects enterprise systems, business knowledge and operational data to provide context for decision-making and AI-driven tasks. It aims to address challenges associated with fragmented data and disconnected systems that can limit the ability of AI applications to understand business processes.
KEOS combines enterprise discovery, an ontology and knowledge graph, and a Context Lake that brings together organisational knowledge and operational memory. These components form an Enterprise Digital Twin, which represents how an organisation operates. An Agent Factory and Enterprise Agent OS build on this foundation to create, coordinate and manage AI agents.
“Each part of the business has different requirements, but all need reliable context and clear controls. KEOS provides a common architecture that teams can extend to their domain. They can start with a defined use case, validate how agents perform and expand as they establish value,” said Ratnakumar Nagarajan, Chief AI Officer at KaarTech.
The platform is available through four offerings covering enterprise transformation, AI infrastructure, physical operations and commercial activities.
AI-led Transformation embeds specialised AI agents across the SAP Activate lifecycle, including system discovery, AI readiness assessments, migration, testing and ongoing operations. Enterprise AI combines enterprise data, AI infrastructure, security and governance to support deployments aligned with organisations’ data and operational requirements.
Phygital connects physical assets and field operations with AI using sensor, operational and enterprise data. Potential applications include predictive maintenance, digital twins and connected-worker copilots to support maintenance and safety decisions.
AI For Growth applies AI to marketing, sales and commercial operations, including forecasting, pricing, customer expansion and aftermarket services. The offering is intended to connect fragmented workflows and use business intelligence to identify revenue opportunities.
KEOS integrates information from enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain systems, alongside operational technology, engineering models, documents and external intelligence. The shared context is designed to allow organisations to extend AI to additional use cases without rebuilding their understanding of business processes for each application.
Governance is built into the platform through a control layer covering identity, access policies, data privacy, auditability and human approval. Evaluation and observability capabilities are intended to help organisations monitor AI behaviour and operating costs, while defining which data agents can access and which actions they can perform.
Organisations can introduce KEOS within an individual business domain before expanding to other workflows. Deployment options include customer cloud environments, isolated air-gapped environments and region-pinned software-as-a-service (SaaS), depending on security policies and data requirements.
KaarTech said it had more than 500 forward deployed engineers (FDEs) as of October 2026. The company plans to transition all employees into FDE roles by March 2027, extending the delivery model across its workforce.
