Humanforce, Pinpoint HRM announce strategic partnership to deliver enhanced CX for ANZ organisations

Australia – Humanforce, a global provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions originating from Australia, has revealed a fresh strategic collaboration with Pinpoint HRM, renowned experts in HR technology projects within the ANZ region.

This collaboration unites the HCM solutions offered by Humanforce with the HR tech project proficiency of Pinpoint HRM. The aim is to provide an elevated customer experience for Australian organizations as they venture into cloud HCM projects specifically designed for shift-based and frontline workforces.

Moreover, in their partnership role, Pinpoint will take charge of business transformation and technology implementations related to the Humanforce product suite. This ensures that larger and more intricate clients engaged with Humanforce can benefit from top-tier HR tech project expertise and outcomes.

Humanforce oversees a global workforce of over 650,000 employees through its comprehensive HCM suite, encompassing workforce management (WFM), HR, payroll, and well-being solutions. Meanwhile, Pinpoint HRM collaborates with more than 300 clients annually and has effectively executed over 650 HR technology projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Frontline and flexible workforces will have the capability to construct a fully integrated HR tech ecosystem, utilizing any combination of Humanforce’s WFM, HR, Payroll, and Thrive Wellbeing products alongside cutting-edge talent management solutions from Pinpoint’s partner network, which includes Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Oracle HCM Cloud.

Clayton Pyne, CEO of Humanforce, said, “This significant collaboration marks Humanforce’s first agreement with a well-established advisory and customer success services provider, highlighting our dedication to delivering unparalleled customer experiences and an integrated and composable best-in-one HCM solution.”
