Singapore – Freshworks, a software development company, has recently appointed Venki Subramanian as its new senior vice president of product management for customer experience. 

In this capacity, Venki brings more than 25 years of experience in product management and customer success engineering. His background includes driving product strategy and go-to-market execution at Reltio, alongside shaping the strategic direction of ServiceNow and SAP’s product roadmaps.

He also has a passion for building software that simplifies workflows and removes redundant tasks. As a leader, he further believes in transformative customer experiences hinged on accurate, complete data and urges organisations to elevate data management as a fundamental priority. 

Venki advocates for bold, forward-thinking decisions to keep businesses from becoming too inwardly focused. As the new head of product management for the company’s CX business, he will help shape the company’s customer experience offerings.
