DXC Technology names Rob Le Busque to lead Asia Pacific, Japan operations

Singapore – DXC Technology has appointed Rob Le Busque as president for Asia Pacific and Japan, effective immediately. He will be responsible for overseeing DXC’s regional growth agenda across the APJ region, with a focus on strengthening senior client engagement, advancing go-to-market initiatives, and improving sales performance.

Additionally, Rob will help support regional teams around priority sectors and strategic customers, as well as lead long-term, complex engagements aimed at expanding both new and existing client relationships and supporting sustainable profitability.

In his role, Rob will report directly to T. R. Newcomb, chief revenue officer at DXC Technology, who is confident about Rob’s experience in growing the company’s presence across the APJ region.

“Rob brings a powerful combination of regional expertise, commercial leadership, and deep commitment to customers. From leading large, diverse markets to building trusted relationships with some of the region’s most influential organisations, he has consistently delivered growth and results at scale.” T.R. commented.

“His understanding of the APJ market and his ability to connect strategy, sales, and execution make him the right leader to accelerate our momentum and help customers modernise and operationalise AI with confidence.”

Prior to joining DXC, Rob served as regional vice president for APAC at Verizon Business, where he oversaw enterprise services and solutions across the region. During this period, he supported continued expansion across consulting, managed services, and cybersecurity, while working closely with major public and private sector organisations.

Rob brings experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes and cybersecurity initiatives, alongside a background in leading geographically diverse teams. He has also held governance roles, including serving on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
